It has become quite a regular ride now. Instigated by Chris and Jennifer, with a team of regulars, some of the Saddles Group of girls head off from the Bathing Boxes (Brighton 3186) each Monday morning for a morning ride that always incorporates some fun distraction, such as a visit to the Common Man (South wharf),  Poynton’s Nursery or the Sandbar (followed possibly by a dip dressed in cycle kit, as you do!).  Members of  LBOYB (Bells and Saddles) are most welcome to join in too.
